Dear Sir,

You have to excuse me if my English it is not perfect, I will try to explain in the best way possible.

My name is Alfonso Cappelmi, Italian citizen, married with a Chilean woman; name is Pamela Angelina Vignolo Loyola.

I knew her by chat in internet, after we were in love and in the most of respect I marry her and give to her all the best that I can.

She come to live in Italy, I provide for her our citizenship, good and big house, car and all perfect standard to say to be middle-high class family in Italy.

Four years ago,we had a wonderful baby girl, that I love so much.

The name is Luisangela Laura Cappelmi.

She is all that I care in my live.

The mother knows it, and from the day one, she used always this baby as a weapon to get from me more and more and more.

Of course in the terms of money and also in the terms of power.

Before my work was very good, and she did not deserve nothing, and all I could give to her, I was ready to give, I was giving to the mother of my child.

When crisis arrive,I decide to go to work in Middle East, and there I had several problem, because I lost two million dollars in the market and more in equipment, house that I buy but still I have an apartment there.

In the time that I could not receive money from the market, the law of the UEA-United Arab Emirates,did not allowed me to leave this country,and Pamela Vignolo, my wife she wanted stay in Italy,with excuse that was caring my mater that is sick by cancer and she is near to die.

Finally of story it is this,she never cared about my mother,and my family loved her so much,including my sister,my two nise and also they loved so much Pamela.

She was close,not social,always lie and most was father dependent.

The father is the worse criminal that I saw in my live,he always use to spare family son,it is not only me that I have problem with him,but also the wife of Pamela brother,was suffering so much for this Pamela brother situation.

The name if her sister in law is Caterina Borqiez,she loose the father when she was child,and never had a father love in her live,she wanted find in Pamela father another father,but she find only devil and a criminal that make her suffer until she try two time to suicide.

Anyway,I had a lot of problem with Pamela father also,he was working in a Newspaper in Santiago de Chile, but he was just terminated, because he was stilling.

It is not this the reason that I write, the reason that in the time that I had economical problem, Pamela ask me and my family,after that she pay the school for our daughter, she get all her dress and also her jewelers and my mother jewelers and require to my parents to pay her a ticket that had return date 30 days after, and go to Chile to visit the father.

Father that I am sure is mentally sick, he is a man that nobody loves, he is the man that love only him personal family, did not permit Pamela to come back to Italy anymore.

I was waiting eight month that she comes back, I finish also the problem that I had in UAE and I reach Italy hopping daily that she come back.

I was calling their daily, and daily she was saying that father was sick, I was believing it ,but one day,answer by phine the father that say ?Don?t call anymore in this home, Pamela will not come anymore in Italy?,for me was a shock and immediate I went to police and open a case in Italy against Pamela for the stilling of my daughter.

For the jewels I don?t care,are only material and I don?t care about it, she can enjoy as she want.

But my daughter is the person I love more in my live.

My central Government open a case following low AJA, International LAW regard family issues and criminality against family ,in the first beginning also Cajmetro was supporting me and helping for this issue.

I did not make any Lawyer, my hope was to don?t do something bad to the mother of my daughter also she was in the mistake.

But now start the nice, please Follow it carefully :

Pamela Vignolo,my wife or ex wife chage home number,no contact with my bay,I communicate by email many time also to PDI od Santiago,but no reply.

Cajmetro Court gives me as obligation a lawyer but never communicate to ministry of justice in Italy name of the lawyer and contact.

Every day we were asking, but they did not reply.

After many complain to see also if I could be in touch with my doughter,the only reply from Cajmetro was that they wanted my criminal record in Italy (because sure Pamela was communicating false in the Court or maybe was saying things like I treat her bad or some other ?telenovelas? issue, we provide all record from Italian Interpol,that say that I am clean status and from good family and also clear record for my family.

My family is a family with strong reputation.

He family has very bad reputation.

But, Court give her all right, Until now I have no contact with my daughter, I ask appeal (recourse) but no answer from Cajmetro.

In the sometime my investigator in Italy are saying that Pamela in Italy had a lover during marriage, she was also using very strong medicine for sleep, because psycho .

I was just stilled , of my daughter and my live.

I need that this must be published because people has to understand that there is no justice, no Justice no Democracy, It mean corruption and it mean a bad new generation, me and you we don?t want again Mussolini for Italy and Pinochet for Chile, we want the right that all democracy need.

We need green Planet where people can live better and no fals Court that for undertaking they allowed criminality and they legalize.

I already communicate this illegality to Human court of Strasburg and very soon I will write also to AJA in Belgium.

But please find my case as a case to show, I am ready to pay any amount, I am ready to be victim ,and to pay as go to Jail to demonstrate my right and my love for my daughter, in a right for many other family that are suffering as me and they had problem as me to don?t have right.

I am ready to sign all articles, I don?t speak Spanish, but as Italian I can read, I need just your good pen and I will make my voice for ask justice and stop the criminality like Joan Carlos Vignolo that are just destroying family and making people to suicide.

I want ear about her very day, she has to call me papa? and she was so lovely when I was by phone with her, she send me kiss and my heart was jumping, it is so nice, it is so lovely, don?t stop me to be happy, please help me

quisiera preguntarle a os candidatos que va a pasar con la indemnizacion de los conscriptos que estuvieron en servicio militar obligatorio desde el año 1973 al año 1980.

si tendran el mismo dedrecho que los exonerados politicos que estan recibiendo este beneficio que a mucho no les corresponde porque su edad los delata , porque en esa fecha eran totalmente menores de edad.

en cambio a los conscriptos les obligaron a realizar accioines en desacuerdo a sus principios y si no se acataban las ordenes corrian peligro sus vidas.

Con respecto a los candidatos electorales deValparaíso y Viña del mar, me gustaría que al acabar con todo este proceso tanto ganadores como perdedores respetaran a la ciudadanía y a los trabajadores que se les paga una miseria por mantener limpias nuestras ciudades y se arremanguen sus camisas y LIMPIEN sus BASURAS.
